The NextGen Association for Postdocs and Graduate Students, or “NGA” for short, is entirely volunteer-run and any postdoc or graduate student affiliated with the Broad Institute can participate. The benefits of participating include building valuable leadership skills, networking, and planning events that you would want to attend.
