Save the date! The Broad Institute Trainee Retreat will be held at the Samberg Conference Center at MIT on October 1, 2019.
The retreat will include scientists from MIT and Harvard communities representing over 1300 trainees. This retreat will give Broad Institute postdocs and graduate students the opportunity to step away from their work and learn about their career perspectives. Science is changing rapidly and the opportunities offered to doctorates are numerous. The type of scientists, the way of doing science, the collaborations between industry and academia and the career paths have changed drastically in the recent years. Therefore, the goal of this retreat is to demonstrate to trainees all the potential of their graduate studies and help them find the career path that suit each of them the most.
